Minute by the Attorney General.

I see no objection to the proposed grant. Such grants are not unusual within my experience, but there has usually been a condition attached that the plans of the buildings to be erected shall be submitted to and approved by the Surveyor General, and that the buildings shall be erected within a certain time, otherwise that the Land shall revert to the Crown.
